• Have a valid Facebook account

• All activities that occur through your use of the App
• Ensuring your Facebook account complies with Facebook's Terms of Service
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Egliker only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the App:

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• That the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EGLIKER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Business interruption
• Damage to your device or data
• Any damages arising from your use of the App

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately, but the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
